Introduction

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which WorCo app collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users ("Users") of the WorCo mobile application ("App").

Users need to allow Background permission if the user wants to get location updates in the Background even when not using the app or app is closed then grant - Allow all-time permission.

Users shall not have more than 1(one) active Account (as defined below) on the Platform. Additionally, Users are prohibited from selling, trading, or otherwise transferring their Account to another party or impersonating any other person for the purpose of creating an Account with the Platform.

The WorCo app may collect personal identification information from Users in various ways, including but not limited to:

• When you create your WorCo user & Manager profile, you provide personal information about yourself, such as your name, location, gender, Date of Birth, profile picture, Email Id, Mobile Number, etc. This information is what we call a public profile. And we publish your public profile on WorCo.
• User-provided information during app registration or usage.
• Information collected automatically during app usage, including device information, geolocation, and usage statistics.

Use of Information

The WorCo app may use collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide and improve user experience.
• To personalize user experiences.
• To process transactions or provide requested services.
• To send periodic notifications related to app updates or service information.

Disclosure of Information

• No Sale, Trade, or Rent: WorCo app doesn't engage in selling, trading, or renting users' personal identification information to any external parties.

Disclaimer

WorCo is not liable for any incident, fraud, cheat, or crime that may happen against any user.. Additionally, avoid disclosing any private information to groups in order to prevent its misuse. In case of discrepancies, arbitrations and other legal disputes, the courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
