To create a task, log in to your WorCo account, navigate to the Task Management section, and click on the "Create Task" button. Fill in the necessary details such as task title, description, priority, deadline, and assignee, then click "Save" to create the task.
You can track the progress of tasks assigned to your team from the Task Management dashboard. WorCo provides real-time updates on task status, including pending, in progress, and completed tasks, along with details such as deadlines and assignees.
